01. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and ensure each person uses an authorised account and role. You are responsible for activity performed through your business account unless caused by Tradient.
02. Acceptable use
You must not use Tradient for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits; interfere with the service; upload content you do not have authority to use; or access another business's information. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
03. Quotes, customers, and uploaded content
Tradient provides tools for preparing and communicating quotes; it is not a party to the work agreed between a business and its customer. The business remains responsible for quote accuracy, tax treatment, licences, consumer obligations, job delivery, customer authority, and the content it uploads. You retain ownership of your content and give Tradient permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.
04. Plans and billing
Available prices, trial length, billing cycle, inclusions, and any setup fees are shown before purchase. Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel a recurring plan through the available account or billing controls; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
05. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Tradient reliable and secure, but online services can experience maintenance, provider outages, or faults. You should retain appropriate business records and review a quote before sending it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradient is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user content, a customer dispute, third-party services, or use outside the documented purpose of the platform.
